目的:了解郑州市5岁以下腹泻儿童肠道腺病毒的感染状况和流行特征，为相关疾病的防控提供参考。方法:采集2011—2022年郑州市哨点医院5岁以下腹泻住院儿童粪便样本2 241份，冷冻状态下送至实验室，用PCR方法检测肠道腺病毒，定性资料比较采用 χ2检验。 结果:共检出肠道腺病毒阳性样本183份，总阳性率为8.17%。全年各月均可检出，高发季节为冬春季，1岁以内儿童肠道腺病毒阳性率较低，其余年龄组多在10%以上。肠道腺病毒阳性率差异与发热温度及是否呕吐有统计学意义（ P<0.05），与腹泻次数无统计学意义（ P>0.05）。 结论:近年来郑州市5岁以下腹泻儿童的肠道腺病毒阳性率整体呈上升趋势，应进一步加强儿童肠道腺病毒感染性腹泻的监测与防控力度，防止暴发疫情的发生。

Objective:To investigate the infection status and epidemiological features of enteric adenovirus in children under the age of 5 years old in Zhengzhou, so as to provide evidences for the prevention and control of enteric adenovirus infection.Methods:A total of 2 241 stool samples were collected from hospitalized children under the age of 5 years with diarrhea in the sentinel hospitals between 2011 and 2022. All samples were sent to the laboratory in frozen and were used for detection of intestinal adenovirus by PCR. Chi-square test was used for the comparison of qualitative data.Results:A total of 183 enteric adenovirus positive samples were detected from 2011 to 2022 and the overall positive rate was 8.17%. There were positive detections every month of the years and the peak seasons were winters and springs. The positive rate of enteric adenovirus in children under one year old was low and the rate was over 10% in other age groups. The differences in positive rates of enteric adenovirus, body temperature in fever and occurrence of vomiting were statistically significant ( P<0.05), while the difference in frequency of diarrhea was not statistically significant ( P>0.05). Conclusions:The positive rate of enteric adenovirus in children under 5 years old with diarrhea showed a trend of increasing in Zhengzhou. The surveillance as well as prevention and control interventions of diarrhea in children caused by enteric adenovirus should be enhanced in further to prevent outbreaks.
